Dues paid by members are nonrefundable. Members paying annual dues (rather than life membership dues) shall continue to be members in good standing as long as dues are current.
All sales of digital media, including Flash Drives and DVDs, are final. Free replacement of defective media is available within 30 days of purchase.
Returns: You may return non digital, physical items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus PayPal processing fee, if applicable) or exchange, provided they are in their original, unused condition.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. The address to which returns should be shipped is _________________________________________________________________________________________.
Please email the Store Manager at the time of return shipping and provide name of shipping company and the tracking number.
Event ticket refunds are available up to 15 days prior to the event date. After this window, we are unable to issue refunds as catering and venue commitments will have been finalized.
Please email the Society Treasurer with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 30 calendar days.
